Tantos requisitos que piden para entrar y al final contratan a cualquier pelmazo que nunca ha trabajado en mina conozco unos cuantos que no son ni graduados ni hacen practica y por un simple contacto entran sin requisito alguno y se creen correctos y una empresa lider y son mas corruptos que la mierda.

I work in recruitment and experience frequently that BHP are actively discriminating against male candidates for certain roles and refuse to hire them in order to meet their utopian 50/50 diversity quotas. They go as far as leaving the jobs open (or hire unsuitable inexperienced personnel) if they cant find anyone, rather than open it up for both sexes and capable people who need employment. How is this legal when they are in direct breach of anti-discrimination laws? This discrimination seems to be purely for virtuous marketing purposes, but how can active gender based discrimination be virtuous? And do customers/shareholders appreciate that your employment focus is not based on competence, but gender?

And how to properly dispose of the battery when dead and what are the possible effects on the environment if it s not properly dispose of and if there is a fire they are extremely hard to put out and have extremely toxic smoke .
